FIGURES

Figures with Audio

Welcome to the WHY YOU LIKE IT Figures page!

Here is found a visual and audio (where relevant) presentation of all the figures and tables found in the hardcopy of WHY YOU LIKE IT. The figures are displayed here in the order of the book, and thus divided into chapters and interludes. Under each figure for which there is audio (most of them), you will find a small audio player. Simply press the play button and you will hear the audio that corresponds to the musical content of the figure—generated either from an actual audio recording (by the original artists, etc.), or as a piano (MIDI) rendering.

Below is a listing of each chapter / interlude for which there are figures and / or tables. Click on the title to go that chapter's figures and tables.
